The progressive 9 year old defied a 10lb rise in the handicap to score again in the class 2 distance chase on his return to the Midlands track. Taking the lead coming to the last fence, he won going away under Shane Fenelon to land a nice prize for the Peter Bowen Racing Club owners.
Peter and his wife Karen have transformed what began as a modest bungalow and a couple of fields into a top class racing yard.
In the last 10 seasons, horses trained by Peter Bowen have won almost 500 races and more than £4.5 million in prize money.
