The 9 year old chaser, racing in the rear in the three mile chase, was still the back marker with just 4 of the 18 fences left, but with a brilliantly timed run caught the leader near the post for owners Martin Gowing and Paul Booker – one of an incredible five wins on the card at a memorable meeting for the champion jockey-elect!
