All Club horse(s) are leased and, if sold, we will endeavour to find a replacement(s) as quickly as possible.
In the event that any Cub horse(s) is injured, then it is the responsibility of the trainer to find a replacement. The Club will aim to have a minimum of 2 horses in training with the trainer at any given time.
Members are reminded that the club allows them to have an interest in the activities of the Club, but membership is primarily for entertainment, enjoyment and fun. It is not an investment opportunity and cannot be utilised for any commercial purpose.
Decision Making Procedures
The clubs management team shall meet at least twice during the year to discuss the club’s membership, management, horse(s) in training and any other business associated to the running of the club.
Peter Bowen will be solely responsible if he feels the need to change the horse(s) in the club. All Club horse(s) are leased and, if sold, we will endeavour to find a replacement as quickly as possible.
Peter Bowen Racing Club reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership with immediate effect at any time if – any conduct by you which, in the management’s opinion, is damaging to the character or interests of the Racing Club or if you are offensive to any other member or staff.
